• Establish and maintain a Security Key Register for all Security Keys issued to occupants, issuing and accepting the return, re-code and audit Security Keys/Fobs/Cards.
• Immediately report breaches of security, which come to the attention of the Facilities Manager, to the Police and the Client.
• Take appropriate action with regard to unauthorized persons or vehicles (but only if it is safe to do so).
